Resignation Letter.

Sir, I first applied to COSTFORD in June 2009. I was asked to join. But I never replied back. I had issues with my family. I had not worked in any office for more than a year after that and then applied again in 2010 July; COSTFORD was still open to me. It meant a lot to me. Am grateful for your open-mindedness.

Here, to see my ideologies being applied on first hand basis was a big boost to me. To even take mock classes for students in teaching them and interact with visiting architects in discussing these, whoa! I could not have asked for a better job. Thank you.

For me to come here is my small little tribute to Laurie Baker and his philosophies. In all the time and energy I spent here all I wanted was that peace I got in living the nostalgia. Thank you.

People make the journey worthwhile all the burdens in travelling.

The small little conversations with Merle, Shailaja mam and you made the entire struggle worth it for me. Thank you.

I did not know the language to talk but Jaya chechi asking me why my smile was missing on any particular morning meant ‘family’ to me. Thank you.

Sini-for being thrilled if I came on time- I did manage to be punctual in the last 3 months Sini! 

Sajeev sir-for explaining to me how toilets work.

Raghavan sir for his fatherly gaze upon me whenever I was around.

Jairam for his extreme levels of patience to explain to me whenever I asked anything—Jairam sir, I am not snobbish just because I come on my bike. J Thank you!

Biju, Asha Mol and Sena mam… and everyone else for smiling at me whenever I offered sweets, thank you.

With all these and a great many experiences of Kerala culture, amazing Payasams and food at LBC and a renewed confidence I take your leave. I was never intentionally rude and tried to be my best self, however I am not the best of employees please forgive me for any miss-conduct or many of my misgivings. I am still working on it! J

March 2^nd would be my last day at COSTFORD.
